Geries was amazing- he was so welcoming and made sure we had plenty of food. The view was incredible. On one side. You can see the sea across to Palestine and Jerusalem, on the other side is a Mountain View as you eat breakfast. Everything was clean and all working well. Kitchen was well equipped. Access to pools and beach was easy although pools are cold in the winter.

This was an amazing experience, I honestly don’t know why everyone isn’t staying here. You get to be onsite overnight, in this beautiful and tranquil setting, and have access to the Jordan River, and watch the stars. I have never slept so well or so deeply. And we even had the resident cat, Ginger, giving us the grand tour, and come to get us for breakfast the next morning 😄 The manager was very kind, and arranged for a priest in the Catholic church next door to give us a tour of the baptism site the next day (we are catholic). This was amazing, and we got a full explanation of each part of the site, and we got to spend time at each part of the baptism site. (Usually, to visit during the day, tours are only 30mins to only the main baptism part). Irena cooked us the best vegetarian dinner, and then an excellent breakfast the next morning, and was so kind. There is also tea, coffee and as many biscuits as you can eat provided! I can’t recommend highly enough!!

Featuring free WiFi, Mujib Chalets is just 86 km from Amman. Free private parking is available on site. Featuring a terrace, the air-conditioned accommodation have a sitting area. Absolutely the best place to take in the beauty of the Dead sea and Al mujib mountains, with a stunning sunset from your own terrace. Fantastic service- Asem and his staff made our stay wonderful. Rooms are neat and the beds are very comfortable. Great private beach just note that the access path has alot of stairs and is quite steep. Recommend asking specifically for a Seaview Chalet upon booking. Will definitely recommend this to anyone and planning on returning asap.

Featuring a promenade along the Dead Sea, Crowne Plaza Jordan Dead Sea Resort & Spa boasts an outdoor pool, a gym and a restaurant. Baptism Site is 20 minutes’ drive away. Really amazing breakfast, with a huge variation of food, both local and continental. The rooms were nice and the bathroom had a very nice bathtub. Also the rooms were quiet, so we had an amazing sleep here as well.

The hotel offers free WiFi.... The view was amazing from our room. Loved the room and the whole hotel. Going down to the Dead Sea was easy and educational as they had markers where the shores of the Dead Sea once stood and though alarming how fast its receding, it was still so vast. The water was warm and inviting. We will definitely be back.

The Mövenpick Dead Sea is a 5-star Resort and Spa with panoramic views of the Dead Sea. The resort offers a luxurious setting with private access to the northern shore of the Dead Sea. Exceptional hotel/resort! The resort has a Arabic/Persian style to it which seems unique in the area and really adds to your overall experience visiting Jordan. Our room with the terrace overlooking the Dead Sea was out of this world. Amazing views, clean, comfortable, quiet, right on the sea,... Swimming pools were numerous, one for adults only and many are heated allowing swimming all year round. The breakfast and dinner buffets are next level in terms of quality and variety. The Spa is incredible, one of the best I have been to. NB - pay for a day pass to the Spa to get full access to their facilities and spa swimming pools. They are better than any others in the whole hotel. The staff are out of this worlds. Friendly, welcoming helpful, will go out of their way to tailor to your every need (if slightly too much for us).
