Located in the heart of Surabaya, a 3-minute walk to Tunjungan Plaza, Hotel Majapahit Surabaya MGallery offers rooms with a marble and gold plated bathroom. Whoever has any sense for the impact of history on our current world will love this hotel. It is beautiful, well led, and also a living reminder of the complex shadow of the "long 19th Century" (including of its dubious features like colonialism). It was also the location of one of the most famous incidents (the "flag incident") on Indonesia's path to independency, so you will literally have a comfortable room in the middle of historical reminders. Its tranquil and lush gardens surrounded by the majestic hotel wings - and the occasional flying fox gliding through the vast open hotel corridors at night - have immense beauty. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there, also thanks to the very friendly personnel. Several nights before I had a room in another high-class hotel down the same street on the 20th floor, but the noise from Surabaya's busy streets there was considerable, whereas in the Majapahit it was comfortably quiet at night. I hope that this amazing hotel and historical monument will be kept as well as it is right now for a long future, and I will happily stay there again next time in Surabaya.

The room was nice , great bed and pillows, our houskeeper, Sandy, he was just the best, he made our stay more personal&familial by writing letters and making dolls from towls, very careful, all clean always, but in all all the personal of the hotel is veey kind and helpful, the hotel smells good and the breakefast waa the most varied and tasty, maybe the best we ever had, and also the Magnolia restaurant was great, best Salmon I ate. Great breakfast Great chef and team, best receptionist ever. Next time i will visit again for sure.

Attractively located in the Genteng district of Surabaya, MORAZEN Surabaya is situated 700 metres from Sharp Bamboo Monument, 400 metres from Submarine Monument and 700 metres from Gubeng Train... The high standard of the hotel stood out by the hotel staff at ALL levels. The room was spotless, and water and bed were great. The view from the 20th floor (room 2010) was goods looking down at the traffic. Similar view from the bar located on the 21st floor. Breakfast and dinner selection were huge, with the dining room making you feel like a VIP. Did not use the pool or excise area. Location to all the places on my bucket list was easy, either walking or taxi.

Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza offers accommodation in the business district in Surabaya. The hotel has a conveniently direct access to the Tunjungan Plaza Shopping Mall. After looking for a nice hotel for a good price to start our honeymoon excursion we landed on the four points Sheraton. After booking I put a small note that it was our honeymoon and almost jokingly asked for a room high up ( who doesn’t love a city view) they responded promptly and said if possible they would do what they can. From the second we stepped in the service was awesome. When checking in the front desk agent said I see you guys are here for your honeymoon, which I thought was cool because who actually reads the hotel requests. After getting our keys I noticed they put us on the second to the top floor! We walked into what was immaculate room- my wife went right over to the window to look at the city and almost missed that they set us up with a beautiful dessert with happy honeymoon written on it! What a wonderful way to start our trip! Went down to the bar for some killer cocktails and had a great dinner too. We were only staying there one night as a quick stop before staring out trip- but I woulda stayed there for a week!

Situated within 12 km of Pasar Turi Train Station Surabaya and 12 km of Sharp Bamboo Monument, Le Tresor Benson Apartment at Supermal Pakuwon offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom... The host was amazing and incredibly helpful from getting my girlfriend the keys, showing her around the building, showing her where to get food, taking her to stores to find gifts, helping her with taxies, helping with getting a sim card, and so much more! He went out of his way to accommodate everything you could possibly need or want and helped make the trip as smooth and fun as humanly possible. Bonus round he hand wrote a message i wrote him to leave in the room on my gf's arrival for me with a flower, messaged me to let me know she arrived, set up the rides back and forth to the airport, and at the end of the trip when she forgot her flight pillow in the room, he sent it in a taxi to the airport to make sure she had it before her flight. with that said, the host alone was well worth the price, the room is awesome to top it all off and clean! I have nothing but good thoughts and experiences for this location and host.

The host was very friendly and helpful! I love how the house was well-maintained and all pink! They also offer various day-trip with reasonable price. It also has a garage so we can park the car. The host even gave us lots of snacks for breakfast.
