From the staff to the rooms all the way to the food and drinks. They offer a guided trip with a private driver which was amazing. Our driver was Rati who we can't thank enough. Elso everyone at the reception Dwi, Ajus, Yude... was amazing. I almost forgot about the relaxing morning yoga - it was great!

Located in Ubud, 800 metres from Ubud Monkey Forest, Sapodilla Ubud features a large outdoor pool surrounded by lush greenery. Excellent staff, beautiful people. We felt very comfortable during our 4 day stay. The room on the first floor was great, clean and spacious with lovely balcony with the pool view. We had marvellous 4 days in Ubud thank to Sapodilla team! They are the best. The everyday shuttles to the Ubud centre were very convenient. We had an accident during our stay and needed a doctor. Team coordinated everything smoothly, they called the doctor before we got there and within 5minutes we were already taken care of medical staff.

Puri Garden Hotel & Hostel is located on Pengosekan Street, in the foothills of Ubud village, the cultural centre of Bali. Hostel was so good. It looks like a resort. People are so nice there. They always try to connect with everyone and make them comfortable. Staff provide exceptional service, premises were so clean including toilets. One staff especially Shree ( I am not sure whether it is right name :D ), she was so friendly with everyone and make everyone feels like home. They also have daily activities which are so good. I will recommend this stay especially for solo travelers

Excellent architecture and space within and around the resort - one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. Rooms are huge and very confortable. Staff is really great. We checked out early in the morning and they prepared us a takeaway breakfast. If we come back to Bali, we will definitely stay here. Thanks for the hospitality!!

The service staff were very helpful & warm. The birthday celebration was a pleasant surprise over breakfast. We requested for late check out & they acceded to our request. Amazing hotel, best gym and SPA facility, incredible treatments including Cryo chamber and sauna cold plunge therapy. Total health focused hotel. Staff were great including our assistant Juna who was always helpful.
