New facilities, everything was super clean and comfortable. Amazing breakfast and great restaurants, with choice of Western, local and Chinese food. The hotel is located in a very quiet and green area around 15 minutes away from Nusa Dua beach via the hotel’s shuttle. The hotel has a private space at the beach, with sundbeds and bar. The staff was super professional and friendly, which made my whole staying experience peace of mind.

Everything was perfect, I spent my birthday there and was really happy. I really like the staff, they are very professional, the interior, infinity swimming pool, breakfasts, cleaning. They take great care of the garden, the sunbeds aound of pool and very attentive to everything. You can rent scooters directly from them. All the staff are great people, I really don't have words to describe how cool they are. And, the perfect place for vacation.

We liked everything and mostly the super kind and attentive staff. We appreciated the availability of the staff in the restaurant and at reception, the great care of our housekeeper Obi: the cleanliness and the little towel animals awaiting us every day on coming back to the room in the evening :). Food was good, spa center- exceptional and the pool and gym were nice too. It is just next door to Waterbom Aquapark, which was great for us. I was surprised by a kind gesture and treat for my birthday on the restaurant and the towel cake in my room made by Obi :)

Bordered by a white sandy beach, The Laguna features 7 large lagoon swimming pools and stunning views of the Indian Ocean. The room was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly, the hotel strikes a perfect balance between cozy and luxurious. The breakfast and dinner buffets had everything that I could possibly ask for, and more. And more importantly, when I told them that I made a mistake and booked 2 extra nights by accident, they gave me a full refund despite not having to do that according to the cancellation policy. I would not stay anywhere else on my next trip to Bali.
