Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is super clean, and the staff is nice. One waiter, in particular, was extremely kind and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The other waiters were average, but aside from that, it was a great experience.

Tikal Futura Hotel & Convention Center offers indoor swimming pools, hot tub, solarium and spa treatments. It is located inside a Convention Centre and Theatre and 5 km from Kaminaljuyu Mayan Ruins. The facilities are enormous, they have a pool with normal water and a jacuzzi with hot water too. Rooms with air conditioner even though Guatemala City is cold. Comfy and elegant. They have access to a Spa and gym. And they are just 5 minutes walking from Miraflores Mall which is a pretty nice mall.

A heated outdoor pool and convention centre are offered at The Westin Camino Real, Guatemala, located 2 km from Guatemala City Airport. The air-conditioned rooms include cable TV and a safe. The hotel is beautiful. We stood just one night due to a missed flight. We checked in after 9pm. and asked for a late check out at 4 pm. We had to pay $60 extra, but the staff was accommodating.

The apartment is as pictured and very spacious. The view is beautiful as you can see the sky from every room as the sun when it come up. We loved our stay and the host is very friendly. We could leave our luggage after check-out to go pick up a order and pick them back up on our way to the airport. It was great to have a flexible and host that was quick in his communication. We will for sure book this apartment again when we visit Guatemala.
