Breakfast was great. But what truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. Every staff member (Anna especially) we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay special.

Nestled in the heart of Tbilisi city centre, just 1.4 mi from Freedom Square, Sandali by Old Tbilisi Hospitality is a premier hotel in Tbilisi centre offering accommodations with complimentary private... Great boutique hotel, nestled high above the river. I stayed in a french balcony room and was only expecting the window to tilt open - but actually the rooms have a small triangular balcony, pleasantly surprised. All the staff were very helpful, and were able to assist me in booking restaurants, spas, transfers etc. Would definitely recommend, location was very useful for me as I was doing multiple day tours from the close-by Avlabari metro stop a short 5 min walk away. There is a hill if walking from Old Town - so keep this in mind if you are planing to do lots of activities there - and also the street the hotel is one-way, so I found it easier to walk to the start of the road to catch ride-shares like Bolt/Taxis (very affordable). Room cleaned every day if wanted, and two bottles of water given each day, which is a nice touch.

Shota Rustaveli Boutique Hotel terletak di daerah Mtatsminda di pusat bandar Tbilisi, 700 meter dari Teater Rustaveli dan tidak jauh dari Rustaveli Avenue. Good hotel with tasty and varied breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, I was sleeping good, didn’t hear any noise. The location is also good, making it easy to reach all the main attractions. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
