We adored the cozy atmosphere and the unbeatable location in the city. We love that breakfast buffet comes with local products only as we believe in supporting the local community whenever this is possible. The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming, they made us feel like we really belonged there and were a part of the family. On top of this, we could feel that even the local community loves visiting Leonor for lunch or simply evening drinks in the bar which is amazing and made us feel good about choosing this hotel. We couldn’t praise this boutique property more! We would be back in a heartbeat.

Hôtel & Spa Le Bouclier D'or is located in the historic La Petite France district in a 16th Century building, a 5-minute walk from Strasbourg Cathedral. This perfect little haven in the Petite France area of Strasbourg was an ideal base to explore this beautiful historic city. This renovated old building has everything - character, history, vintage furniture and modern facilities. We visited Strasbourg during the Christmas Market and while it was only a few minutes walk to the major market squares and the local restaurants, the immediate vicinity was pretty quiet - almost no vehicle traffic and just a few pedestrians, who mostly seemed to be taking their kids to the school opposite. We only saw one staff member (I’m sure there must be others) but he was very welcoming and informative, giving us good tips on where to go. We loved our room, which was very nicely furnished, but also had plenty of power points, a device charger on the desk and the most fantastic shower.

Located opposite Strasbourg TGV Train Station, this eco-friendly Boutique Hotel is just 1.7 km from the city centre and a 5-minute walk from the picturesque Petite France district. Staffs are very helpful. Our train from Paris was delayed and that was the last train. Thanks to the hotel team for managing to move our 4rooms to the next day :) Location is perfect. Very close to the station!

Château de Pourtalès is located in the north area of Strasbourg. It has witnessed years of European history, welcoming some of the most important musicians, philosophers and poets. Amazing hotel, great location, very good breakfast. Even got small balcony in the room that I didn't noticed in the description, which was overlooking the greenery surrounding the place.

Very friendly owner who clearly explained how to access the garage, building, and apartment, and gave a full tour of the furnishings. The apartment itself is cozy, with fast internet. Sitting on the balcony in good weather is relaxing and enjoyable. The area is quiet, within walking distance to Parc de l'Orangerie, and about 12–15 minutes on foot from the Council of Europe.

A very welcome haven after a long day's walk. This place is outstanding. We had the room right next to the ramparts, so close we could touch them. The best hosts ever. The room was modern, comfortable, quiet, and creative. Excellent breakfast. Wish we had stayed longer. Highly recommended.
