I really liked the idea of benefiting from activities and restaurants in both hotels, and the staff`s courteous behavior is very helpful with anything you request. Especially the receptionist Mr. Mina, was extremely respectful and cooperative. In the main restaurant, The Palm, I would like to thank Chef Hamada Abdullah.

The room was so clean and specially the beds were so comfortable. The food was tasty. Check-in went smoothly thanks to friendly and efficient staff. The check-out was quick and without problems. The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. Specially we would like to thanks to the manager of the hotel Saraf. He was so kind to us, helping with many questions any time.
