The moment you enter the hotel, everyone at the reception makes you feel pampered. We did first the 8 days tour in all Egypt, and we were beyond exhausted. We were ready to rest and celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. The buffets at all times are amazing. The beach, although it isn't huge, it has beautiful water. Their housekeeping,waiters, bartenders, and Gardeners are doing a great job every single day! Big thanks for the amazing experience and people met on this trip. We have only ever been to an all-inclusive resort once before, a 3 day stay in Mexico. The Grand Palace was an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was great. The grounds were lovely. The staff was amazing. From our housekeeper Araby to the wait staff to the front desk people, we were treated very well. I’m not the best one to judge resorts, but this stay was very, very enjoyable.
