We have been there before, and it's hard to complain about a modern room, 10 floors up, with a stunning view. The only downside is that it's not cheap to stay there, it's quite pricey.

Dikelilingi oleh hutan, Hotel Koldingfjord terletak di dalam bangunan tahun 1911 yang mengagumkan, berjarak hanya 12 minit memandu dari pusat Kolding. Well.. a nice surprise. A few years ago, a colleague stayed a few times and did not rate the place. Not sure if it's changed ownership, but it's a beautiful, quirky building, very nicely restored in a mid century kind of way. I was in a room in the 700s which are on the hillside through a James Bond villain tunnel and lift. Nicely appointed room, well done bathroom all super clean. And an actual minibar. With things in it. Proper cups for coffee, not paper. A former colleague joined for dinner in the Cafe, with well presented food and good service, the downstairs bar is really a hidden gem too. All in all, way exceeded my expectations and thoroughly recommend it.

In the center of Vejle, surrounded by the luscious green city park, you’ll find The Note. We are an international hotel of high standards. We are elegant and understated – just like Vejle. Great hotel, helpful staff and amazing breakfast. Our room was facing the park, so we had lovely view and as we're traveling with our dog, the position of the hotel made the walks easy and joyful. Would stay here again.

A perfect place for a stop on a road trip: close to the main highway, and still very silent and chill location. The checkin was flexible and the host very responsive.And I very much enjoyed, how we were taken care of and could relax and recover well within one night. Thank you a lot!
