The place is clean and spacious, with extremely comfortable beds, and the hosts are very nice. The garden placed behind the building is really peaceful and pretty, with a great view of the surrounding fields and hills.

Zámek Křtiny was home and a place of shelter to my mother and her school mates during WW II - a lot more basic back then! So returning to this place after 80 years was fraught with memories for her, but we so much appreciate the understanding and amicableness of the staff in the present-day hotel (and special thanks go to Tereza). Yet even without this background, the hotel (at just 20 km from Brno) would make a very pleasant base to explore the Moravian Karst with its many caves and wooded hills – a perfect autumn getaway. The large pilgrimage church that adjoins the hotel and the pretty gardens are additional attractions. The hotel is tastefully furnished throughout (bedrooms, restaurant, conference rooms) and all rooms were spotlessly clean and well heated. Great views from the terrace. We also enjoyed two excellent dinners in the hotel's restaurant.

Good restaurant with tasty food and not so expensive. Tasty breakfast. They agreed to start it earlier for us as we had cave tour booked at 9 am. Very friendly staff :)

Rifle shooting is possible on the large Sudický Dvur grounds. Guests can fish in several ponds on the estate. Spacious dining halls are further features of the property. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating, breakfast consisted of local products, remote-ish location is ideal for cycling or strolling around (there was a lot of bicycle lanes construction happening in nearby towns at the time of our stay)
