The staff was exceptional, he helped us a lot in finding the best route in the park for our needs. He also speak English and helped us on our next accommodation late check in. The location is perfect to enter the park through east gate.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, they helped us with transportation, entrance tickets, and gave us great guidance on visiting the scenic spots. Their hospitality really made a difference. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Zhangjiajie and the Avatar Mountain area!

Emer can arrange a lunch box for you if you prefer to dine in, and she can also book tickets for all the attractions. She explained everything to me, gave me a map, and made sure I was well-prepared for the day. Additionally, she can organize transportation for you. This is also a very social hostel—I easily met other travelers in the common area. We even shared a big lunch. The breakfast they offer is both delicious and filling. I extended my stay because I was so comfortable here. The value you get is truly priceless. The hosts are incredibly attentive and helped me with anything I needed. Thank you, Emer and Sunny, for an unforgettable stay! I will definitely be back!

Zhangjiajie Wangyi Inn is only a 20-minute drive from Zhangjiajie Airport. Free WiFi access is available in all rooms. The hotel is located in one of the most commercial streets of the city, with a lot of restaurants, cafes and shopping stores, taxis and Didi are very easy to hire as you are in the city center, the location is convenient for going to the train station, airport, natural park, and all the tourist attractions, The breakfast is good and the installations are also ok, the price is ok comparing with other hotels around, best quality price, all the staff is ver friendly, especially Anine, she was all the time taking care of my logistic needs for going to all the tourist attractions, helping me to book all the tickets and giving me all the information I needed on how to spend my 3 days at Zhangjiajie tourist attractions, this was very helpful and I really appreciate it because she made my time very enjoyable.
