Hotel staffs and the boss were super friendly. Easy to communicate. They helped us to go on tours for booking tickets as well as guiding us all the time.

Featuring free WiFi and an outdoor pool, Pandora Vista Retreat is a pet-friendly accommodation with mountain view. Great location, beautiful hotel, great service. Would highly recommend. The 2 girls on reception were very sweet and helpful. Our room faced the avatar peaks. Incredibly beautiful 😻

Very social place, loads of westeners which can be somehow rare in China to see. The host's very helpful in organizing the trips to the different attractions and getting people together.

Zhangjiajie Wangyi Inn is only a 20-minute drive from Zhangjiajie Airport. Free WiFi access is available in all rooms. The room was very clean and had a charming traditional touch. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the person at the reception — by far the kindest and most helpful person we met during our trip. She went above and beyond to help us organize our stay, was incredibly responsive, and even assisted us with other issues we encountered. Thanks to her, this accommodation was truly outstanding. A heartfelt thank you to her!
