The hotel is family run and you can really feel the love and care they put into the services. Friendly check-in (they even let us into our room about 3 hours early) to breakfast with freshly served juices, eggs, delicious cakes, fresh fruit - everything was great. We had a little garden patio from our room which was really nice.

Don’t usually give Booking.com ‘straight ‘10’s’, but our host’s’ hospitality insured that my husband and I felt truly cosseted while enjoying this a-bit-above-our-average $$$ boutique hotel. Loved our deck, spacious room, ‘catered’ complete breakfast.

A significant breakfast: scrambled eggs by default ... fried eggs by request...at least in my experience. Fridge and dining area that is independent of the breakfast area. Guests are welcome to use the fridge and the sink and the microwave.

The room amenities are superb, fireplace in the evenings, wonderful park around the hotel. This was one of the best hotel experiences in years. Pucón is a five-minute drive away.
