Absolutely incredible, location of the hotel is amazing literally everything is within 10 to 15 mins of walk, and all that but I won't lie what really makes this hotel a true jewel and the heart of this hotel so to speak is definitely the wide warm and vibrant and caring and many more adjectives and synonyms apply to the people of this hotel, I absolutely enjoy each and every second of my stay with them, and they treat you like you are part of them like a friend who came for a visit...now to specifics: I want to appreciate in order of meeting Stoyan for being absolutely welcoming and helpful, Natalie (the maden at the bar) for the amazing conversation and for entertaining my terrible ideas of randomness, Ivelina for just sitting with me for a but while I got my barings and for being absolutely hilarious)), and best for last Thomas honesty, for truly treating me as a friend and assisting and advising and just making my stay here truly something heartfelt and for all the coffee talk. I will definitely be advising this hotel to everyone and you guys are absolutely amazing! Love to each and everyone of you!! I will kind miss staying here!

We loved the location the outside pool and sunbeds, the breakfast was excellent the evening meal in the restaurant was great and good value, it was a short drive to the chairlift for the lakes and the setting is beautiful great hotel

Very clean rooms. Nice views from up high. Nice coffee bar in lobby. Very kind and helpful staff. Great gym walking distance and soon one on site.

I loved the lobby, and the rooms. The luggage storage was a great addition, and the wifi worked flawlessly. Coffee and tea setup in the room was great! Wonderful bathrooms, and beds. Close to public transit. All the staff spoke English.

It looks more like a 4 star (and the rooms even like 5 star). We arrived very late at night and the receptionist was polite and efficient.
