Boasting an indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water and hydromassage jets, Hot Springs Medical and SPA is located in Banya, 5 km from Bansko. I rarely give feedback, but this was one exceptional SPA adventure. This hotel has it all - from delicious food made from local ingredients, cozy rooms and friendly staff to its crown jewel - the outdoor pool with hot thermal/spring water. The pool must have been the most satisfying part of this journey especially during winter time when the temperature of the air outside is low. That is not all - the hotel has quite big number of SPA amenities such as saunas, salt room, contrast showers, etc that make the experience even better. I will definitely come back when there is some snow outside and enjoy the surrounding nature looking from the pool.

Pirin Park Hotel is situated on the western slopes of Pirin Mountains in the resort of Sandanski. It offers bright and elegant rooms, free Wi-Fi and free private parking. Swimming pools and saunas are wonderful, warm water, very clean and quiet and not crowded at all, could find many empty sunbeds. Breakfast was very good, with enough options to pick from. Coffee was pretty ok. Staff very friendly. Parking was large. Great place to relax a bit if you have a long way ahead to drive, or even a good option to spend a few days there and relax.

Combining traditional Bulgarian architecture with modern facilities, the Four Points by Sheraton Bansko enjoys a convenient location close to the gondola lift in Bansko. Wonderful hotel , helpful staff and very clean , super location close to everything and the breakfast is very good with a wide range on offer . I asked for my favourite poached eggs and it wasn’t a problem to deliver . The beds are really comfortable also and the leisure centre/ spa is great

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. My wife and I recently stayed at the Kempinski Hotel in Bansko, and while most of the experience was exceptional, there were a couple of things worth noting. First, the breakfast was outstanding—easily a 10/10. The egg station was a standout, with fresh and perfectly prepared dishes each morning. The variety and quality were excellent. We were served by Darko during dinner, and he was truly exceptional. His wine recommendations were spot-on, and he made our dining experience special. Props to him for his impeccable service. The reception was welcoming and efficient, and the pool area was fantastic—well-maintained and the perfect spot to relax. However, one thing that bothered us was the lack of enforcement of the restaurant’s dress code. While there is a policy in place, we noticed people dining in shorts, and worse, some were even blowing their noses at the tables, but everything else was exceptional.

Menawarkan pemandangan gunung, VV Apartment Bansko menawarkan penginapan dengan teres dan balkoni, kira-kira 14-minit berjalan kaki dari Holy Trinity Church. Totally amazing, warm and welcoming hosts Vera and Vasko! They welcomed us personally and gave us martenitsi because it was 01.03. The apartment is fully equipped with all you need even more, absolutely clean, comfortable and cozy rooms, perfect warm temperature, absolutely insane experience. The place is super near the central area of Bansko. Thank you 🙏 we will come back for sure.

The staff is polite, the service exceptional, and the facility maintenance is doing their job in the best possible way. And more, the food's quality and variety are surprisingly outstanding.
