Boasting an indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water and hydromassage jets, Hot Springs Medical and SPA is located in Banya, 5 km from Bansko. I rarely give feedback, but this was one exceptional SPA adventure. This hotel has it all - from delicious food made from local ingredients, cozy rooms and friendly staff to its crown jewel - the outdoor pool with hot thermal/spring water. The pool must have been the most satisfying part of this journey especially during winter time when the temperature of the air outside is low. That is not all - the hotel has quite big number of SPA amenities such as saunas, salt room, contrast showers, etc that make the experience even better. I will definitely come back when there is some snow outside and enjoy the surrounding nature looking from the pool.

Ruskovets Thermal SPA & Ski Resort is a modern hotel resort located in Dobrinishte, only 6 km from Bansko. The food definitely was the star of the show! Spectacular! Delicious and fresh!

Combining traditional Bulgarian architecture with modern facilities, the Four Points by Sheraton Bansko enjoys a convenient location close to the gondola lift in Bansko. Great location.... Nice welcoming stuff, and a very beautiful hotel and rooms, very clean and accommodating.

Totally amazing, warm and welcoming hosts Vera and Vasko! They welcomed us personally and gave us martenitsi because it was 01.03. The apartment is fully equipped with all you need even more, absolutely clean, comfortable and cozy rooms, perfect warm temperature, absolutely insane experience. The place is super near the central area of Bansko. Thank you 🙏 we will come back for sure.

The communication is excellent! We have got answer within a few minutes at all times. We arrived very late due to our flight delays, contacted the owner, and got answers straight away! The apartment itself is brand new, very stylish, and clean. Location is excellent only 5mins walk to main Gondola, main streets with supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Everything is so close within walking distance. Kitchen equipment is sufficient for a family if you prefer to cook. We would stay again here!
