Pool Port Douglas Resort offers a selection of elegant, modern apartments, all spacious, self contained and nestled around a glittering, 185 metre central swimming lagoon. We had a wonderful stay in a 2-bedroom swim-out apartment, which was perfect for our family. The space was thoughtfully designed with plenty of storage, and the beds were super comfortable. It’s a little further out of town, but we appreciated the quiet, peaceful surroundings. The staff were warm, helpful, and made us feel right at home. A real highlight was the excellent café just a short walk away, serving delicious breakfast and lunch with beautiful river views—we went every day. We also loved relaxing on our patio each afternoon and stepping straight into the pool.

There is nothing not to like about this property The location is exceptional, a block from 4 mile beach, sitting on Macrossan Street and all the restaurants and shops. The deluxe apartment was well laid out with a balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The real treasure at this property is Ken, the owner of this property. His interest and kindness towards his guests is wonderful. He is full of local information, recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. He genuinely cares and is interested in his guests Ken, made our stay an exceptional experience. I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again

The house layout was very inviting and relaxing for our family. The little attention to details like chocolates, made us feel welcomed and communication was exceptional.

Situated in Port Douglas, Tranquility By The Course Port Douglas offers spacious accommodation with a private pool, a patio and mountain views. We booked this house last minute after an issue with another property and not being able to get access. And we were absolutely delighted when we arrived and saw the property. It is absolutely beautiful and situated in a lovely quiet street in Craiglie. We had a hire car and this house is a short 5-10 min drive to the Main Street of Port Douglas. The rooms were stylish decorated and very spacious. It would fit 8 adults comfortably although we only had 4. Each room had access to a spacious bathroom and had ample hanging/storage space. The house and decor reminded me of being in Bali and Hawaii. The aircon and fans kept us very cool, as did the beautiful pool surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Despite having a golf course at the back fence, it was super quiet and we enjoyed the view of golfers and the numerous birds on the course. The kitchen is huge and had everything we needed for our stay, including a Nespresso machine and pods (much appreciated!). Juanita was a fabulous host and despite our last minute booking arranged for the housekeeper to drop by to deal with anything we needed. And she also arranged for a pool cleaner to come the very next morning (as they weren’t prepared for the last minute booking). Mind you the pool was well maintained and didn’t need much cleaning. We absolutely loved our stay and we’ll be back. Thank you for making our stay so special.

The view from my balcony over the lagoon swimming pool added a feeling of absolute serenity. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable and the high-end amenities made my stay all the more enjoyable. A highlight of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the property manager and resort staff. They were attentive, friendly and always ready to go the extra mile to make my stay unforgettable. Whether it was arranging a private tour of the Great Barrier Reef or simply providing excellent dining recommendations, they truly made me feel like a VIP. The resort's facilities were equally impressive. The pool area was a tropical oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring and the on-site restaurant was exceptional. The location of the resort is ideal as well, offering easy access to both the stunning Four Mile Beach and the heart of Port Douglas. My experience in the studio suite was nothing short of extraordinary. If you're looking for a luxurious and peaceful escape in one of the most beautiful destinations in the world then this is the place to stay. I can't wait to return!
