Alex makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive, apart from being super friendly =) The place is really nice, the rooms and facilities are great, breakfast has everything you think of and Alex makes the best eggs, whatever way you like them. The location is great also, away from the craziness of town, but easily reached by bus or a nice walk (or by bike if you wish). Nice little touchs everywhere, definitely one of the best B&B's I have stayed at.

Nice large bathroom. The staff were all incredible. They treated you like family. Because the property was so small we felt like we were the only guests there. The breakfast was over the top. The afternoon tea and cakes were a delight! A definite 10/10 property!!
