What a beautiful apartment in a breathtaking location. I very rarely return to anywhere on holiday as I like to explore new places, but I will make an exception for this wonderful Austrian apartment. The location is possibly the most scenic of anywhere I have stayed. It was well equipped with a lovely private garden and also a shared garden which had a trampoline in it that my kids loved. It's only a short walk to restaurants, shops and the lake in strobl and there are great transport links for exploring further afield.

We were welcomed by the lovely Barbara who took great care of us during our entire stay. We got useful advice on activities, places to go and the breakfast served was fresh and very tasty. The building is right next to the lake and dock so you can easily go for a swim from the terrace or take a boat trip. We will definitely be happy to come back

Opened in 2015, Das Franzl - Bett & Brot is 800 metres from the shore of Lake Wolfgang, where guests can use a lake access with a sunbathing lawn. An amazing place! We got a lovely room, wonderful breakfast with many different options that the staff was able to adjust to our needs, got to hang out with the alpacas and enjoy the Friday burger-afternoon in the yard. They have scooters for rent at a very good price, and the location is great- close to st. Wolfgang but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle, and it's a short walking distance from a nice (but crowded) beach at the lake.
