The breakfast was delicious, and the food at the restaurant overall was really tasty – total flavor win! All the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. A special shoutout goes to Eljora – she went above and beyond for us! Since we didn’t have a local SIM card to call a taxi to the city center, she arranged one for us and kept in touch with both us and the driver until it arrived. The Breakfast was one of the exciting things about my experience. I loved that breakfast slot was from 7am - 11am which gives guest time to have breakfast. The Location was good as there are bus stop close to the hotel which is 4mins, and 8 minutes walk away. The staff are very attentive and responsive. Offering me a welcome drink to help with dehydration when I arrived was a top-notch customer experience feeling for me. On my first day, I did not have a charging adapter and I asked for one, I was directed to a store where I could buy it. On my 3rd day, I wanted to have a taste of the local cuisine and I asked the receptionist for recommendations which they gave me
