The room was spacious, clean, comfy, and quiet. It is also in the center of the city, which is also an advantage. The food was good and varied. The communication at the reception was okay. Some of them didn't know English, but some did. They came to show me how everything works and help me with the luggage.

The staff were very helpful especially the receptionist (Fatih) and the bellboys. The location of the hotel is excellent. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. The staff in the breakfast room were also very friendly and served us tea. Very clean hotel with a spacious room - excellent value for money.
