Excellent service at the Pool Club. The Pool Club Manager, Cennet, Andac, and Alp made a lasting impression with their great communication skills, friendliness, and dedication to service. The atmosphere was always wonderful every time we arrived at the restaurant, and all our wishes were fulfilled with a smile and true customer service spirit. Breakfast service was first-class thanks to the entire staff, but we got to know Cennet and Ahmet especially well due to their outstanding service. I loved the room we stayed at, very modern, clean and spacious. That really exceeded my expectations. The staff was also great. Whenever we needed something they were there to help even if we didn't ask, either at the restaurant or when we were in our rooms. The location was great, very peaceful area and also so easy to get to the Bodrum center via bus that came every 15 min.

The quiet room was small but clean and beds were comfortable. We loved the pretty layout of the hotel with its colourful design, vegetation and pretty pool - a cute haven tucked away from the busy tourist area. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We will come again!
