Naz, the host. She is exceptional. Of all places we stayed in Cappadocia, this was by far our favourite stay! The room with a sitting area was so nice, clean and comfortable. There is also a small kitchen which is very handy. The location. Avanos was one of our favourite town. This is where you can find a bit of green, which is refreshing. The place is very close to the center and has a playground next to it. I totally recommend this place!!!

I liked the attitude of the staff. The employees are perfect. The owner Ismet efendi is a great personality, very kind to his workers and guests. The receptionists Selim, Nur, Hudanur, Minenur, bartenders and waiters very polite, helpful and ready to assist at any issue. The location of the hotel is also perfect. It is in quiet location near the river and within 10 min walk to the city center, bus station and museum. It is also perfect option in terms of money/value. The hotel provides all the services you expect for the very affordable price. Very recommended for those, who travel with family.

the hotel is absolutely superb. it is new and perfectly clean. it is very quiet at night! it is located very close to the city center. nearby you can find everything you need! From the hotel terrace in the morning you can admire the balloons. the staff is very attentive to our needs. help you with reservations for all attractions! Everything is so good, room, staff, cats, etc.. People work in the hostel are so great, so kind, so friendly. Before I came here I found some evaluation in booking.com were low, but I think that is wrong. (Maybe those are evaluated by people who came to the hostel 3〜4 years ago, so those evaluation are out of data) Once again, this accommodation is so good and kind even for me as a Japanese.
