I also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of the receptionist, who asked me to choose a floor and inquire about my preference for a view overlooking a lovely square and street.

Perfect location 2 minutes from the ferry, cruise ships, bus and train stations in one direction and the other is the retail centre, Cathedral, banks and fabulous restaurants. The reception is spectacular as is the dining room for breakfast! The service is excellent and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.
