ANNA (L) She is the nicest person. She is at the reception and welcomed us amazingly. She helped us to organise our plans during our stay. It has been a pleasure to meet her and she made our stay better, without any doubt. The bed was comfortable, room clean and breakfast very good. The location is perfect and air conditioning works pretty well. We strongly recomend this hotel

Location is stunning on the river - quiet but close also to small town centre. Also next to the bridge which takes you cross to the caves and other scenic areas. Breakfast was excellent, staff were extremely helpful.

What stood out was the staff. Puy, Sing , and Lounang(sp) would help me out before I had a chance to ask. Everything about the hotel was first rate. I’ll stay here again next year.

Beautiful hotel - lovely pool, comfortable room and peaceful location. The staff went above and beyond when it was needed as well as looking after us the rest of the time in every way you would expect. Super attentive owners and staff. It is probably about 15 mins walk over the bridge to the main part of town but easy enough to do
