We book 2 rooms for our family and I'm elated to find they offered us a connecting room, which makes things much more convenient for us. The staff are exceedingly helpful. Every one I met has good command of English. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Just a reminder though, one better be early to go for breakfast so you don't need to wait in line for entry. Rooms, facilities, footpath, spring bath, everything is so good!

The staff was so kind and always available to help. They became my tour guides and suggested many restaurants and shops to visit. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to many restaurants, shops, a supermarket, a bus stop to the airport, a ferry terminal, an aquarium, and the main road of the city. Excellent inexpensive choice in Kagoshima. Mostly business men or elderly Japanese, very quiet at night. Japanese breakfast. Staff attentive and willing to use a translation programme if I couldn’t be understood. Close, walkable to Sakurajima Ferry.
