This place is excellent. Super close to the base of Happo one, the staff go above and beyond with a shuttle service to help get you around. The breakfast in the morning is great, private onsen and sauna are super nice, and the facilities are perfect. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The staff were really friendly and very helpful, especially Ms. Junko. I slipped on ice and was confined to my room for a couple of days, and she went out of her way to assist me. The room was comfortable and looked more modern than in the listing photos. It had a flat-screen TV with Netflix, and the WiFi connection was good. The basement has a laundry room and vending machines for snacks and drinks. The daily breakfast buffet was also very good. The hotel is about a five-minute walk from Escal Plaza, and there are also a few restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel also has shuttle service which is convenient, but you need to let them know in advance. If you are taking bus to/from Escal Plaza and have big luggage, you can arrange with the hotel in advance to pick up /drop off there. You can also get ski/snowboard rental from a rental shops nearby and you can a good deal by mentioning the hotel. There isn’t any convenience store nearby, but there is a small shop in Escal Plaza that sells snacks, souvenirs, and everyday essentials.

Renovated in December 2016, Courtyard by Marriott Hakuba boasts natural hot spring baths and a renovated lobby, restaurant and guest rooms.

Thea room is in good size, the spring water is what i needed. The service is good. Club member seems to have free drinks at lobby, which is good.

Mountain Side had everything you could need. From amazing customer service to all the facilities. The complimentary shuttle was also great. The location was great - ski in and out.

Staffs super kind and friendly, location, perfect, 5 minutes walf from the lift and the breakfast...I wasn't expecting to be that good , for the price we paid i was expecting coffee and biscuits :) But the breakfast was super delicious and exceeded expectations. I totally recommend that place
