I really loved the free bicycle rental service — riding around the area while seeing Mount Fuji was such a memorable experience! The perfect place to stay — truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we received the warmest welcome in all of Japan. Kawaguchiko was our last stop before heading home, and we were simply looking for a bit of peace and quiet — but as the saying goes, we were looking for copper and found pure gold! From the very beginning, we felt incredibly special and genuinely cared for. The kindness we experienced speaks volumes not only about the hotel, but also about the amazing staff. Takanori, the hotel manager, was by far the kindest person we met in Japan — always attentive, helpful, and sincerely thoughtful throughout our stay. The hotel features wonderful hot spring baths and a sauna available to guests, and we loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay by one more night. Takanori kindly helped us arrange everything and even offered us a great deal. They also have laundry service same as the rent of bicycles at a very affordable price, and the hotel is conveniently close to both the lake and the nearby village. Truly a gem — I can’t recommend it enough!

Very very nice location, next to the lake (with a beautiful walking trail that can be reached from the hotel's wonderful garden) and very nice views of Fuji San. Very nice rooms, shuttle service was very handy and the personnel was very friendly. Will be staying here next time!
