Location location location. It’s about 100 metres away from the entrance to Petra. Room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly. We had breakfast at 6am and got to the entrance for Petra at 0630. It was very quiet at that time we got to the Monastery very quickly and were there for some time before others arrived.

The location is very convenient, right in the middle of the Wadi Musa village. The hotel’s staff is very welcoming and accommodating, giving much advice for visiting Petra and arranging everything needed. Even the owner gave us a ride couple days to the main entrance, and arranged a driver for us to get back to the hotel once finished, plus arranged the tickets for Petra by night. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, with a nice bed and bathroom. Breakfast is very complete, with several options both buffet and a la carte. Overall, great place to use as a base to discover Petra, a few meters away from supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and even a great laundry service in the street nearby. Would definitely recommend. Great value for money.

Great Breakfast with omelettes, scrambled eggs and a huge buffet. The room had all mod cons and a good balcony with views. The staff were amazingly accommodating welcoming us after a long flight from Australia with tea and croissants then ferried us to the Petra entrance as soon as we asked. We toured Petra twice and to our delight in the morning before being taken to the Petra Gates in the hotel bus we were presented with lunch bags complimentary to make our day just that much better. After visiting each time we were picked up by the hotel mini bus and taken back to the venue after calling them on the phone number they provided again complimentary. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff of this hotel. It was wonderful. To top it off Zayed booked a private transfer for us to Aqaba and as usual with this venue the car turned up right on time. I would recommend this hotel as a genuine quality venue with absolutely committed to service staff.
