The breakfast was excellent. The staff would prepare the coffees/teas for us as requested by us. They also prepared breakfast to take to the room when my daughter woke up late.

Perfect hotel for our vist to Parma, Modena and Marianello, with a very central and good location. We had a rent car so the hotel was perfect also because it has a huge parking lot outside and a garage too so it was very easy to park our car. Hotel rooms very clean and nice with confortable beds. The hotel staff very friendly they even kept our luggage while we visit other towns, the hotel has a very modern design which is very nice, very good breakfast too. Love all!

Second time I have been there. Apartment is 10 min away by foot from Modena city entre but still quiet. Hosts are mega friendly and provide valuable Tipps where to go. The hotel room was very clean and nice, extremely big and spacious with beautiful furniture. Very good value for the price, lookes exactly loke on the photos. The bathroom was new and clean, also pretty big, some hotel rooms are smaller than the bathroom here. The staff was very nice and helpful. Free Wifi works perfectly. The breakfast was good with continental options and local pastries. The location is pretty much in the middle of nowhere but this is obvious from the map. It only makes sense to come here by car. The next door restaurant is very good, popular in the area.
