Very comfortable perfect stay. The room was large, beautiful and luxurious. The staff were so kind and helpful. The breakfast is really good. Drinking water fountain outside the room. We got excellent massages in the spa. It was perfect to recover from our Rinjani trek, and we would have liked to stay longer.

We were so pleased with our stay at Puri Mas. The surroundings were stunning and everything about the hotel was exceptional including the rooms, food and attentive, friendly service. Most outstanding were the extraordinary staff who made our stay so memorable and enjoyable. And not to forget the spa treatments. Pure indulgence in a beautiful setting. In the space of 4 days my husband had two traditional healing massages that have vastly improved a chronic health issue. He is immensely grateful.
