The staff is super friendly and client oriented. We had a couple of requests that could have been rejected, but they have served us with compliments. Amaizing staff and facilities.

What a lovely little place this is. Close to warner bros harry potter and only 30 minutes into london (5 min walk to the station) the staff were very accommodating i had a great stay!

We were welcomed into reception by Shawn. He was polite and smart. He explained about parking facilities, breakfast and also told us about two pubs just across the road from the hotel. My wife has recently had a full knee replacement so Shawn changed our first floor room to a ground floor room. The room was clean and of a reasonable size. The bed was very large and looked so inviting. We booked breakfast at the hotel which turned out to be a great move. The breakfast was lovely. Perfect poached eggs, lovely crunchy hash browns and accompanied by bacon, sausages, mushrooms, beans and half a fried tomato. The waitress was very nice and attended to our every need. There was also fruit, cereals, yoghurts and pastries available for breakfast.

The Olde Kings Arms is an attractively restored 16th century coaching Inn, which offers comfortable air conditioned accommodation and is dog friendly in all rooms.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. It is only a short walk to the park and city centre, perfect for the cathedral, shops and pubs etc. The breakfast was of high quality, the warm dishes are made to order.
