I think the apartments were exactly what we wanted. We were 8 and we stayed in two contiguous apartments. The kitchen contained everything we needed, the beds were good and we had a nice living room in both. Outside, there was a big space to enjoy as well, with some tables and garden, as well as parking space.

Hacienda is located in Châteauneuf-les-Martigues, 5 km from Martigues City centre and a 10-minute drive from the beaches.

Clean rooms, but a lot smaller than expected. One has barely enough room to walk around when you arrive with baggage. But the staff was nice and we felt comfortable. For the price definitely doable.

The hotel was excellent, it was out of town but very easily accessible with great parking. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful considering we arrived at 9pm and happily advised us of a restaurant nearby. The hotel has lovely decor and our room was very comfortable, although we weren’t there long enough to use it, the pool area looked fantastic.

The owner is the nicest guy you could find. We sat on the patio and had wine and he brought us bread pickles olives and pate. Later asked him if he could order a pizza for us. Well his wife made us pizza and 4 more glasses of wine, total 20euro. Verry impressed at the hospitality from this small business owner. He also refused a tip. Its not the Ritz or 4 seasons but it is clean and very safe and very reasonably priced. I'm not big on reviews but this man cares about his guests, hard to find anymore. Thank you again sir, it was my pleasure to meet you!

Our family loved this B&B very much; the facilities like swimming pool, jacuzzi, are so great. The rooms are arranged very comfortably, which made us feel being home. Franck was very hospitalised - warm welcome, nice introduction, fabulous breakfast (particularly Pain au chocolat). It also has a great parking place in its own backyard. Franck also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood. In an overall, we enjoyed ut pretty much.

The hotel is ideally situated for touring along the Mediterranean coast away from the highly populated areas. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming and the atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxed. Our room was very comfortable with a stunning view from our balcony. Our evening meals and breakfast buffet were excellent - in particular soya milk is available which was important for me as I am lactose intolerant. The chef very kindly ensured that I was aware of menu choices which would not have been good for me and adapted dishes to suit my dietary needs - thank you so much!
