New property in a very beautiful location on the Nile. The balcony is overlooking the Nile which was magical for atmosphere and observing wildlife. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The WiFi was not working in the rooms so one of the owners installed another box and it was working perfectly throughout the hotel. The hotel decoration is beautiful, many wedding parties attended to take pictures. There is a boat and one of the owners took me out on the Nile a few times. The meals were delicious with huge portions. They arranged transport and tours during my stay at a great price. The local market with souvenirs is within walking distance. One of the owners showed me around the local area.

Mustafa made our trip to Aswan. He is a great host and very hospitable, and we felt very loved during our stay. The family is wonderful, his brother Siko is also a great company, and his wife is a wonderful cook that prepared amazing fresh fish and breakfast every day. All our trips were organized with Mustafa on his various boats, and we were able to go places we didn't even imagine. The memories of the days in Elephantine will feed our wistfulness until we are able to return. The rooms were big, clean and super comfortable, very well equiped. The rooftop is the crown jewel, with the amazing views, privacy and good vibes in general, we loved spending some mornings and evenings there. With the help of Mustafa, we got to see wonderful hidden things in Aswan on the great boat rides he would take us; we visited the Nubian Village, walked around and met great people; we tried the amazing nubian coffee and got a sense of a slow paced life on the shores of the Nile. A very big and warm thank you to Mustafa and his family for making this trip to Aswan the highlight of our trip to Egypt. It will definitely stay with us for a long time and we will return to his lovely home as soon as we get a chance.

We stayed at the Basma Executive Club for 5 days. It is a lovely hotel on the hill with a great view on the City, the Nile and the sandy hills. The drive up to the hotel is not far, our room on the first floor was spacious and the view was breathtaking. We ate several times at the Restaurant both at the Basma Hotel and at the Basma Executive Club. Good and varied food! The personnel at the Reception is exceptionally nice and helpful. My thanks go to Mirna who helped with fluent English when a medical problem occurred. The waiters speak English, are unobtrusive and well trained. We would definitely choose the Basma Executive Club again for another stay.

The hotel and room was impeccable and very comfortable. We did not expect the amazing view and the closeness to the Nile River. There were a lot of food options for the breakfast buffet and their dinner blew us away. The best part about our stay was the support from the guest relations team. Prior to our trip, the guest relations team provided us with very prompt and helpful communication that helped us plan our time in Aswan. The whole booking process was easy and seamless. They helped us organized our transportation from the airport, our last minute day trip to the Temple Philae and the souk, and even provided us information on getting train tickets. ELagia, the Guest Relations Manager was available to us all the time. We felt like we were very well taken care during the entire time. The hospitality of the staff was superb. The location is further out from the city centre, but it was a positive because we got to experience the serenity away from the crowds. I would definitely this place to anyone, everyone.
