We loved our stay at Hotel Faro Azul. Even before our arrival, Carolina, the host, contacted us via WhatsApp, which is very reassuring if you have any questions. The house is beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, impeccably clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, a wonderful terrace, and a gorgeous garden. The breakfasts, carefully prepared by Carolina or another hotel staff member, are excellent. Carolina, even though she does not live on-site, is very present at the hotel and always available: when she isn’t there, she responds very quickly to messages. We spent 5 days here and truly felt at home thanks to all her attentions. The accommodation is ideally located, just a 15-minute walk from Valparaíso’s most beautiful tourist areas. It also offers a secure parking space, which is very convenient. The room is bright and heated, and the bathroom is superb. We also had the chance to enjoy a couple’s massage with two professionals in a spa room next to the house, which was an incredible and relaxing experience. We hope to return one day. We were greeted and taken care of straight away by Max from the front desk. He assisted with our luggage and explained the facilities. After we settled in he made a lovely coffee for us and proceeded to explain the area with recommendations for restaurants etc. His colleague Juan Victor was also tremendously helpful with recommendations etc. They were both very kind and did everything to make our stay comfortable and homely. The decor was fresh and our room was well appointed. The building was quite modern inside and the decor had a coastal theme. Our room was air conditioned and the building had a lift. We really liked the area. Filtered water machine on bottom floor.

The hotel was newly renovated and so stylish, full of character, good taste and comfortable.The rooms and bathrooms large and the beds very comfortable! The location was very good and the view to the fireworks amazing!. Beautiful terrace, nice swimming pool and well maintained garden! Very friendly staff! They made us feel so comfortable! I felt extremely well treated in this place. The women who run the hotel are very kind and sage ppl. My room was comfy, warm and clean. Good internet connection. The mattress was comfortable. The bathroom is small but very clean and had a good hot shower. The accommodation offered all needed amenities.
