We would highly recommend the Hyatt Place in Macae which we stayed in for 6 nights over New Year 2024/25. The hotel is in a great location facing the sea, the rooms are large and comfortable and the food is as good if not better than we have had in any hotel. However the highest compliment must go to the staff. They are probably the friendliest and most helpful team you will find anywhere. Thanks to them for making our stay in Macae a memorable one. We will be back.

One night stay on a road trip around the area. Room with a balcony, clean and well maintained. Good AC, bathroom was also great. Had an evening meal in the restaurant, service and food super as was the breakfast. Probably the best breakfast I have had in a hotel in Brazil

The hotel was really amazing. We enjoyed the sauna amd swimming pool, the room was clean, the wifi was working quite well. The breakfast was delicious and it was really useful to have a restaurant for lunch and dinner available in the hotel. We would like to return here in our next trip in Macaé.
