Been there for 2 nights. Very good hotel for its price. Clean and comfortable. Location is great, it is in the city center , however full of nature. Staff was friendly and ready to solve all issues. Nice location to take a Taxi to sevan sea and next to it is the super sweet art Café which i Highly recommend. Also the rooms are quite luxourious and have nice floorheating. The people are welcoming and help you easily eith everything :-)

Nice and clean hotel. With amazing spa zone. Breakfast & dinner were also good and delicious. Transfer to and from ski lifts by schedule.
