This was a really special stay for us, showing up shortly after proposing to my (now) financeé on the Theth-Valbona trail. The staff was sweet, professional, and responsive. We ordered room service for dinner, which was excellent. Quality wifi powered lots of FaceTime calls back to the States. The next day, breakfast was tasty with lots of options. They had clearly worked very hard to remedy most of the issues we noticed in critical past reviews, so if you're on the fence, give them a chance. This hotel rivals many of the quality five-star hotels we've visited. Thanks for a memorable stay!

The owner was really nice, picking us up at Shkodër. We were provided with information about possible hikes, as went were there off-season. There is good food, there are cute animals around and a sunny terrace to have breakfast on - even in april. Just note that you should bring cash, because car payment will require a fea.
