I recently stayed at Hotel Kristal, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. Everything was excellent. Best location, close to everything. Very cozy and welcoming room The decor is modern traditional, very comfortable design. The breakfast was really excellent! The guy working at reception (Klaus or Claus) was so sweet and kind. We loved him.😊 I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there when I return.

The apartament was really clean in all the meanings of being clean, the host was really responsive ans willing to assit with every need. The apartament was very stylish and one thing that needs to be mentioned is that it has a central heating sistem wich sets the temperature optimal in cold city like Korca.
