the place was true to the ads,... and one of the very very few places for a family of 5 to stay within walking distance of nagoya station THAT HAS A PRIVATE BATH! other than that all else was at par, but the building itself was luxurious though, smelled 4 star but i think like all big hotel chains. it does lack that personal touch. they did have clean rooms though, lots of freebies at the lobby, but a nice little room for us to stay. couldnt complain as we only spent 12hours overall in this hotel.

Very new chain hotel, reliable, very clean.

This is a hidden Gem. Free tea and coffee in the reception with comfy seating and a smoking pod. Rooms were spacious for Japan standards and the bathrooms were fantastic. I wish this Hotel was a chain, because it exceeded all expectations. The location is great too, I can't fault anything!

Had used this chain of hotels during our trip as quick overnight stays as they were inexpensive. This one was slightly better than the others we stayed in. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was available. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very helpful and patient considering the language barrier.

The location was good and budget friendly

As far as budget hotels, this one of the best I've stayed in while travelling Japan. Big bath, comfy bed and service immaculate. Very clean and the breakfast was SO GOOD. Recommend anything with the miso sauce. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in Nagano.

Ibis is my fav hotel chain, amazing quality and services, highly reccomend it! PS. The view from the window was great :)

Great mid-budget option

Conveniently located near train station for our late night check in. Good for a budget hotel one night stay, wouldn’t want to stay longer.

Value for money budget hotel. The motel is located close to Nagoya Station. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly.
