Housekeeping needs a lot of work sorry Houskeeping manager. Woodend floors needs polish marble floor needs cleaning and buffed . Bedroom tub blocked/tub stains/ poor paint finish around corners/ laundry perfect housekeeping needs lot of work for a 5 star housekeeping very poor . Food is great front office is excellent Himanshu and Beevan asset to the team at front desk. F&b over staffed staff does not give a good service very poorly managed. Fab property high potential needs to be manège well.
