Per friendly! I found my accommodations exceeded what I expected from a pet friendly hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room had amenities available for a longer stay.. stovetop, full size fridge, pots, flatware, etc. This will be my go to spot when in Vero Beach!!

I checked into the room after 8pm. I unloaded my laptop, suitcase and garment bag. Tired and hungry after my long day, I stepped out to grab a bite. I returned to my room and realized I locked myself out! The property’s office closed at 9pm. After calling the front desk and walking around the property-I was unable to reach the front desk after hours. The main number (the same number I called to book the reservation) did not have a voice mail set up. The telephone went unanswered. I sat outside inside in the dark and in an unfamiliar area. Finally, I contacted the charming hotel down the street-Caribbean Court. Their after hours service arranged for me to have a room for the evening.
The next morning, I visited the office at the Prestige Hotel. The owner was unapologetic and refused to listen or acknowledge my frustration. She does not feel she should have an outgoing message with instructions to address after hours issues. She pointed to the glass entry door that has a sign with the after hours telephone number. This wasn’t much use as it was dark and I didn’t see the sign. (Again, it’s dark and I’m alone in an unfamiliar city). Finally, she issued a replacement key to my room, I picked up my items and I departed.

Vero is one of my new favorite destinations in Florida.
Vero is one of my new favorite destinations in Florida. We travel for high school softball spring training. Most of the parents stay down by the ocean and the girls stay at a hotel in the city. It is just the right size area so it feels small but it has many of the luxurious of a bigger city. The restaurants down by the ocean are amazing. We also love going to the local brewery and for sure to Taco Dive. All of the places do a great job getting our very large groups to be together.
It’s not a huge tourist town other than during spring break. You don’t get the over populated packed feeling though even during the busiest times. There is great shopping down by the ocean and also has a pretty good outlet mall as well. The drive from Orlando isn’t bad at all.
I could totally see myself being a snow bird in this area for sure!

Beachfront was very clean and great for swimming and shell collecting. Need a car to drive into town for more restaurants and shopping, and the town did not seem to have a centralized location of stores.

Horrible breakfast options.
Horrible breakfast options. Cockroaches killed within an hour of settling in. Pictures I just saw were not what the room I was in looked like. Bathroom door had major water damage. Tub was old and rusty. Painter barely put a new layer on as you could see the old ugly color underneath. Grounds crew was trimming by the rooms at 7:30

My visit to Vero was solely to visit my brother and family. Star suites was literally less than half a mile down the street. The building was nice and secure, the rooms were just the right size and comfortable. The restaurants we ate at were great Waldo’s, Crab stop in Sebastian, Netties and Sonny’s bbq.

Love the location. The units are clean and comfortable.
Love the location. The units are clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast is great. I love the coffee machine, there are many choices. The beach is beautiful and very private. My view was not great. Next time I will book a unit with an ocean view but hopefully is not going to break the bank. The parking is super small. Normal size cars and trucks will have a very hard time parking.
Every staff member we met was very helpful, friendly and professional. Cary, the first staff member, we met at the desk was extremely helpful. She gave us some great places to have dinner. We really enjoyed breakfast, especially since there were different items to choose from each day. The kitchen staff were great, very friendly, always with a smile and a happy greeting. The evening "social meetings" were a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay and will say again when in the Vero Beach area.
Retro Florida style motel/hotel. Personalized service that was ultra-attentive. This is the only hotel I have stayed in since Corona began that isn't using Corona as an excuse to not service your room. The awesome staff cleaned and restocked the room every day. Meg was the best...she worked through communications issues to pass me late check-in instructions and I was welcomed with a hand written note. I cannot be more pleased or pass a higher recommendation!
Loved everything about the place. Not a big chain hotel, small, friendly and well kept. Close to the beach, and loved the authentic mid century feel of this 1950’s facility. We now live in the North Georgia mountains, but grew up in Vero Beach - it’s one of the few places that remain in Vero Beach that reminded us of old Vero when we were growing up there. We will definitely stay again!
We had a wonderful experience at The Kimpton in Vero Beach. Our room was spacious and fully fitted with bath, as well as a shower, balcony overlooking the pool and beach, small kitchen, yoga mat and lovely robes. The beach bar was good fun, great food and reasonably priced. Staff were amazing - best we’ve had in Florida. The daily wine o’clock certainly set the right tone!
I booked threw a third party. By the time I reached the property 30minutes later they couldn't find my reservation. I then used the same third party to book else where in vero beach fl. Later on that evening I see where star suites charged my account as if I stayed there. When I didn't. I'm still in the process of waiting for my refund.
the rooms aren’t much to speak of but the hotel is cheap so it’s easy to overlook. the hotel itself is conveniently located right off 95 just south of Sebastian… a beautiful area where it’s difficult to find reasonable lodging. this hotel has a beachy culture of its own, the outdoor area and pool are absolutely stunning
The reason I booked Hampton Inn was because of the wonderful beds I remember your hotels having. The beds in the room were like sleeping on rocks with sheets. The room was clean and we had a handicap room so easy entry shower. The breakfast room was well maintained and Fern was exceptional.
The location was perfect. Walkable to everything in Vero Beach. Cute grounds. Staff was very nice and helpful. Parking was easy and as described. It was also appreciated that they provided beach chairs in the lobby. Public beach was also a short walk.
Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, as it was more than just continental. Enjoyed being able to have a heartier breakfast in a relaxing environment. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful, pleasant and friendly.
The location was perfect for the purpose of our trip which was house hunting in Vero Beach. The breakfast offered each morning was much appreciated, especially the dark roast coffee which was delicious.
Beautiful location on the ocean front with free use of beach chairs included in the cost. Nice pool with attendant staff. We had a room giving a view of the pool and sea which also had a balcony.
Lovely hotel, small and personal. Perfect location for the beach and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Loved the breakfast trolley, muffins were amazing!
