I checked in and went to the floor where the room was and there were tons of doors opened and people smoking in all the rooms. I'm not sure what they were smoking. I never went in my room and went across the street and stayed at the Comfort Inn. I will dispute this charge when I receive my Visa bill. Super run down and disgusting motel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Sheridan.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Sheridan. We have family there, so the trip was extra special because we had the opportunity to site-see as well as be with family. Like most towns, Sheridan has many properties that exhibit the owners taking pride in caring for them. There were many others where the properties exhibited a lack of care. Perhaps there could be some kind of incentive program sponsored by the city to encourage people to take pride in keeping their property cared for. It could become a model for other smaller cities throughout the U.S.

I really liked our room as I needed one on ground floor cause I can't do stairs BUT the breakfast was terrible. YOGURT in some big container, not individually. NO muffins/donuts, no eggs, no meat what so ever! This was really bad with a SMALL area to eat it in which was the very little that was there.

I liked the size of the town. Not too big and not too small.

I liked the size of the town. Not too big and not too small. The views of the mountains in the distance were awesome. I loved the Pony Bar & Grill near downtown Sheridan. I also loved shopping at the Sportsman's Warehouse. The employees there were very helpful. The town itself wasn't too crowded.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The electric outlets do not work.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The electric outlets do not work. We asked for a extension cord to plug in my husband’s breathing machine for him to sleep for a few hours after traveling for 15 hours and they said no. The carpet had huge dark stains all over it. The clerks were too worried about going to the bar across the street so they could drink more. They were already drunk when they were checking us in. They said my card was declined even though the money had already been taken out of my bank account. So they asked for my husband’s card. We both got charged for a room we didn’t and couldn’t stay in and they said we aren’t entitled to a refund of the double charge for a room we didn’t stay in because of my husband medical issues. I ended up driving all night because there were no rooms available within hundreds of miles. So essentially we were driving for over 30 hours. This is a terrible establishment with subpar drunken customer service,

This was our favorite hotel during our 2 week trip, the room was huge with plenty of place for all of our belongings and room to move around. The room had 2 queen beds and a lovely sitting area with a couch. It was nice to have a separate sink area in the room plus the large mirror and counter top space in the bathroom. The bathroom mirror was surrounded by lights so it was the best place for putting on makeup. It was convenient that they were serving a small breakfast onsite,

The historical aspect of this hotel is pretty cool and that is honestly about it for The Sheridan Inn. Which is sad, because you could see so much potential for this place. Rooms were clean bed comfortable. They offer light continental breakfast of coffee, egg, bagels & yogurt. The location proximity to downtown Sheridan is great. Its a neat historical hotel for sure but it is lacking any kind of welcoming warmth or ambiance.

EVERYTHING!!! Always apprehensive when booking a hotel never stayed at but reviews appeared good. Price was excellent. The room exceeded ALL expectations of what we might get. Room was recently renovated or so well maintained it looked like recent renovations. Bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning unit was newer and very quiet. The breakfast area was exceptionally clean and had a variety of items for breakfast.

The location is perfect for Sheridan, easy to get there by car and easy to walk to the shops. Our room was nice, we enjoyed the pool, the complimentary breakfast was good. Dakota at the reception was great, very helpful when there was some problem at checking in and also later, when we had to extend our stay due to trouble with our rental car. Thanks again, Dakota!

I had some drunk guy outside the back door drinking with his buddies. The back door was broke, therefore it didn’t lock. I ended up getting sick so I had to check out a day early. I was told by the hotel that they could not reimburse me because I had booked through Booking.com. I travel for a living and will not be staying here again. I did not feel safe.

I travel for work all the time, and have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years. The staff at Wyo Inn was absolutely top notch. They went out of their way to be helpful and kind, and were just wonderful people that made me want to come back. I travel to Sheridan for pleasure, and when I do, I plan to come back to Wyo Inn.

I’m travelling cross country. I booked this hotel because I needed a hot tub to relax. I was told it was closed for repairs. The sign on the pool door was so old it look like it was hanging there for weeks. Repairs go on for weeks? The pool and tub looked just fine from the windows.

Budget friendly. This is an older motel with character, but comfortable enough and clean. The bathroom fan was probably the best working exhaust fan I have ever experienced. Most hotels have "ornamental" fans, but that one really worked well.

Having the gazebo with grills was great. We used the gazebo several times. Loved the 3rd floor and the view of the mountains. Having a full size frig was wonderful because we don't like eating out all of the time. The staff was the BEST!
