The road work that was underway on the way into the city was causing delays in traffic, as matter of fact it came to a standstill which was annoying but understandable.

East Syracuse was a nice place.
East Syracuse was a nice place. It was cold but it was fine. The changing of the leaves was visible and they were beautiful. There are different things to do this time of the season. It was time for apple picking and pumpkins everywhere you went. I was able to get fresh corn to bring back to the city, I love going this time, it is a good way to relieve the stress from the city.

Couldn't get a better staff! Pete and Jackie were GREAT! They know the area and have a lot of ideas when asked. Joey's Italian restaurant just down the road at Carrier Circle is easy to get to as well as Bull & Bear.

The elevator did not work & when I asked when it would be fixed, the attendant told me it would take about two years! They said that the company was awaiting parts!
Two years? C’mon!
The carpet was worn out, there was mold in the shower along the grout lines at base of the walls that meet the tub!

Motel 6 was nasty. Customer service was horrible.
Motel 6 was nasty. Customer service was horrible. Had issues right from time we checked in. No toilet paper in the room, no bed spread on the bed. Fridge didn't work, and then found couckroaches. There is no manager on site and when you ask to speak with one the help doesn't want to get the manager on the phone. If I had the extra money I would had left and went to a different place.
I stayed twice 1st. Stay lock in door did not work. I was assigned another room which had a filty tub/shower, room floor was dirty, most likely mopped w/ a mop that was cleaned in months. Tried giving hotel another chance, but the 2nd. stay was worse than the 1st. Due to having to waste whole night killing roaches that just kept popping up from out of no where. Sorry there will not be a third stay. 🤨
Nothing. I will never stay there again for the rest of my life. It was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. The people running it were about as ignorant as they come. I tried talking to the front desk about some of these issues and got nowhere. The place was a shambles. The carpet was old and dirty. There was a big pothole in the parking lot. It's a third world hotel.
Comfortable beds and nice lobby.
Breakfast was good.
Great pool and gym.
Employees were very nice and tried to help :)
Good location, very calm.
BEST PART OF IT: FREE COFFEE/TEA IN THE LOBBY ALL DAY LONG and the man who was in charge of the coffee was so nice and always made sure we had everything we needed. And the coffee was sooo good.
They were really nice to me took me in when I have 1 leg and I'm in a wheelchair not many other hotels are as accepting they didn't bother me everif I want my room cleaned all I had to do is call and let them know. I ordered grocerys and the guy at the front desk and a girl bring them up for me it's been a great stay so far
Awesome breakfast selections! The room was clean and spacious for the four of us. We loved the kitchenette area which was an added touch to the hotel. The complementary coffee was wonder. All the staff were friendly. We have booked this hotel several times in the past and we’ll book again in the future.
We originally booked another hotel and showed up to blood, burn holes, dirty rooms and not friendly staff. we drove 35 minutes to the comfort inn and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. delicious hot breakfast. very clean and friendly. parking lot off the road and tucked in felt safe. thank you
The folks at check in were very nice. The hotel was updated and so nice! The chefs during breakfast were so hospitable and went out of their way to make our breakfast delicious. Lots of places to hang out outside of your hotel room - little pods downstairs with games and tvs which were a nice touch.
There was fresh made coffee
Very nice staff
For the price a good value
You get decent rooms.
You shouldn’t expect a nice hotel room that’s completely clean. It’s still a motel for 50$ so for that price it’s good.
The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast staff and the amazing meal they provided. That team of ladies were the most pleasant group! The breakfast was by far the best I have ever had at a hotel!
Very clean, modern, the best continental breakfast we've had (omelets, fresh waffles, yogurt, muffins, cereal etc), different coffees available, good variety of tea. Beautiful dining area and decor.
Everything else was nice, really. The hotel definitely served it's purpose of being a place to crash overnight after a great day/evening out. Overall, I was happy with the stay.
