I stayed in the Betty room because it had a bathtub and I needed that for my toddler. It also had a couch that pulled out which was nice. The room was huge and just such a nice hotel room. I have stayed at this hotel in this past and this is definitely my favorite room that I have personally stayed in. All of the employees are SUPER friendly and helpful. I love that they always have someone around at all hours. I also adore that you receive text messages with all important information. Better yet, a real person reads them and responds. It is very aesthetically pleasing, clean, yet extremely cozy. I love how they really focus on being eco-friendly and things are aesthetically pleasing while still being minimalistic. The design of the hotel and rooms are to die for. The hotel even smells amazing. The hallways smell like mahogany. If you are like me and really enjoy decor/design/cleanliness, then this hotel will enchant you and make you feel right at home. Having a restaurant in the hotel is also really great. The breakfast was super yummy and servers were super friendly. I had a fantastic experience and will be back at this hotel whenever I come back to Breckenridge.

The view is wonderful. It is off the beaten path so very quiet and peaceful but still a quick drive to town. The apartment was spacious and having a garage was an unexpected surprise which was great since it snowed.

Slopes were icing and crowded with long lift lines.
Slopes were icing and crowded with long lift lines. We went over to Vail and slopes had great snow and very low lines and didn’t feel crowded. Our first time to both places. Breckenridge town was cute but had long wait times at the restaurants. Elevation was too high for us - took us two days to adjust. It is frustrating to drive in Breckenridge- slow traffic and not enough public parking.

The town was nice and easy to get around. The ski area was huge and accommodated all levels of skiing. For a group with all different skiing levels and ages ranging from young child to retired age, this was perfect and allowed everyone to have a great time.

I would recommend this location to someone that is a skier or snowboarder. Other than that, there is nothing of real substance for someone to do in Breckenridge or neighboring towns. Also - beware of altitude sickness! My 15 year old was struck with HAPE, and some of the issue may have been the lack of proper acclimation to altitude. If able, it is a very good idea to get to altitude slowly - take several days to do it. The downtown area is full of restaurants and boutiques, so, if that's your thing, you may love it. I was with two snowboarders and bored out of my mind. Make sure to budget for inflated prices at restaurants, etc., as well. Overall, not my scene, but I can definitely see the appeal if you are there to partake in winter activities.

The photos on Booking.com that were in the listing when I first reserved were not at all what I found when I arrived. They were far more luxurious-looking. I reported this to the host after checking in, and the photos that are up now are accurate representations of the penthouse I booked. I would have likely still booked it, but with lower expectations.

This was our first time in Breckenridge, and we will be back.A great variety of ski terrain. Everyone in our group had plenty of slope to explore at all skill levels. Lots of fun places to party in town.
This hotel is downtown, about a 2 minute walk off Main Ave and on corner of Ski Lift Road and Park Ave. It is just a 5 minute walk from Breckenridge Station, which is where the airport shuttles drop off passengers. Breckenridge Station has the Gondola which takes visitors up to Peak 7 and 8 ski areas. It is a 5 minute walk to the Main Plaza. and sits right on the Blue River, which is a nice area. A car is not needed as long as you remain in Breckenridge. City Bus system is excellent, bus stop in front of Condo.
Loved it! Great spot, great location, super cozy and very friendly. They did a great job on making a comfortable atmosphere, with options to sit in the "lobby" or outside at the hotel. Walkable to everything and parking was a breeze. This being my first visit to Breckenridge, I can now confidently say this was by far the best housing option in the city and would recommend it to anyone and everyone.
Super friendly and helpful manager who checked us in early. She's a gem! Our room was clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Plenty of parking spaces available, and it's in a quiet residential neighborhood. The drive up to the location from Breckenridge was beautiful! It's located up the side of a mountain just above Breckenridge, and very close to some ski areas.
room was clean and bed comfortable; we were looking at the roof from our bed instead of the town and scenery. the Bed should have been on the opposite wall; We received 3 free breakfasts and free parking due to them not having a indoor/outdoor pool as advertised. We heard from some of the staff that this hotel in Breckenridge will be imploded after this year's ski season.
Loved the "old style" use of an actual key to enter the room. Staff was pleasant and waiting for our arrival. Room was nice, clean and very relaxing. We were traveling home from the west coast and stopped in since my wife and I had stayed in Breckinridge about 25 years ago. It was nice to see the area again, and the hotel just capped everything off.
Clean 2 BR 2BA condo, in a very walkable location to Main Street Breckenridge. The unit was clean and comfortable and there was a place to park our car there. Kitchen had everything we needed for our short stay. We didn't use the pool, but other guests were (the unit overlooks the pool) and it looked nice.
Wonderful position next to a frozen lake looking across a bridge to the Quicksilver chairlift and Maggie ski hire and adjoining restaurant, great self catering facilities, friendly staff, great location in Breckenridge, daily free food snacks and soft drinks between 4-5pm, wonderful hot tubs and heated pool.
The property is very nice, somewhat isolated (which was enjoyable), and roomy. It is 3 stories tall and includes a 2 car garage, with a spacious parking area. It's about halfway between Breckenridge and Frisco. You definitely need a 4 wheel drive vehicle in the winter to be safe.
Really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place and it was located in a prime spot -- just minutes from downtown Breckenridge, CO. The decor was great and really gave a log cabin feel without being remote. The views of the mountains from the room window was an added bonus.
The location of the hotel was excellent, right in centre of town yet in a quiet lane. My one bedroom suite was immaculately clean and spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, oven & hob. Smooth check in and check out.
Great central location to Breckenridge downtown area and ski-in. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Enjoyer the hot tubs and the ski valet. I had teenagers with me and they appreciated the second bedroom upstairs.
The staff and the manager at the hotel are excellent. They don't try to hide behind the problems, but were honest and about the challenge of managing a property where the rooms are privately owned and not in the same condition.
I love this resort. I stay here every time I come to Breckenridge, this is my fourth visit stay here and every time I go it feels like home. It's sooo nice they have the back parking lot finished now too!
Wonderful place to get away. Older building towards the top of the area above Breckenridge. Very peaceful and yet not too far away from everything. Pet friendly and very accommodating.
Great central Breckenridge location and close to ski equipment shops and Quicksilver Express Lift. Good onsite underground parking, albeit a little tricky to navigate!
The hotel is great, it's small and located in a quiet area at the outskirts of the resort. The staff is amazing, everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly.
