I suffer from some health issues, they were extremely accommodating, and it really saved my trip. The location is great, the atmosphere is great, I came on a Jewish holiday so I didn’t get to interact with much staff, but the one I did was very nice.

I used to live here for a long time, so I am biased.
I used to live here for a long time, so I am biased. It's as bustling as ever, despite the challenging times. The old city is undergoing a revival, and the upper city remains nice, however Hadar seems to be sinking into further neglect in some areas.
There aren't a huge number of attractions, but there are a few museums, gardens and parks (including the Baha'i gardens), and lots of restaurant options.

A fully integrated city where Christians, Muslims, Druze and Jews coexist harmoniously. The richness of that reality is on view everywhere. We were in town during the Christmas season, and, while subdues due to he war, was visible and festive nonetheless. The city architecturally is fascinating ad of course the port of Haifa is mesmerizing. It is a hilly city situated on the Carmel range and so the views are breath taking. Bring binoculars.

The hotel cheated the clients.
The hotel cheated the clients. They sent me a WhatsApp: if I pay HKD500 more, I cant get a seaview room. But in a face, all the hotel rooms are faced the sea. Our friend no deed to pay any more, they also got the same seaview room as us.
Even I complainted several times, but the hotel had no any reply.
I am so angry for that.

We liked Haifa very much ,you can make very good sight seeing tours from there ,it is nearby to all the places ,were Jesus Christ has been ,like Tabgha with the church of multiplication, the sea of galiley, Kapernaum ,Nazareth, and many more. The gardens of Bahai. All destinations are not so far away from Haifa, so we could make a lot of sight seeing from there ,and come back in the evening and maybe eat so delicous food in the bar restaurant at the beach and refresh ourselfs in the sea, it was just perfect. The water is still very warm until the morning .

Haifa is a beautiful city.
Haifa is a beautiful city. There are plenty of places to visit there and it is a city filled with a great variety of food and culture. I specially liked the bars and restaurants around the fruit and vegetables market. And the most important you have public transportation on Saturday which is very important for the traveler and is so uncommon in the rest of Israel.
The location is perfect, however since it's a popular beach with the locals free parking can be a challenge, there is also parking below the resort as a last resort. The restaurants located there offer a great selection of items and even offer vegan/vegetarian options as well.
One could not ask for a better location right on the beach. The room was clean and furnished with cleaning and cooking essentials. We had a beach view and loved every minute of it. I look forward to staying here again when we visit Haifa in the near future
The location is wonderful, close to restaurants and places with local food.
There's a small park with a fish pond on the other side of the street so you can go there with your kids (if you travel with kids).
If you include the breakfast, you'll not be un-satisficed. For breakfast you get an ordinary "Israely breakfast" with hot and cold drink for your choice.
Also what I can notice as a good point is the free parking in front of the hotel, all the parking in the area is paid (use Pango or Cello Park).
The decor is stunning The muted natural colours thought about carefully to blend into the Bhai Gardens. The attention to every detail. Beautiful cakes in the bar in the lobby. Matching earthy colours of pottery dislayed throughout the public areas. So many different places to relax and have coffee. . The flowe arrangements are freshened daily. and are very artistic. Breakfast has very wide selection. It is an adult only hotel - over 16. Fresh bottles of water each day and nice nibbles to greet you.
Great location, staff where approachable & super friendly!
The room had the most magnificent view of the bay.
Bed were comfy, bathroom standard for hotel rooms in Israel.
There was a gym but didn't get time to use it.
Buffet breakfast was incredible full of carefully thought selection of local Israeli foods with mountains of high quality food & selections! Great value for money in Israel.
Beautifully designed rooms that are cozy yet luxurious. Location is prefect from which to explore many interesting parts of Haifa on foot. Bashar the manager of the hotel was more than generous to us as guests and accommodating above and beyond the call of duty. We were treated as VIPs. You will enjoy the hotel. The value is tremendous and the accommodations simply charming.
We had been underwhelmed to say the least with hotels in Israel. This is a beautiful property that pays attention to every detail. The design was impeccable, the staff friendly and available. Nice touch of champagne and sparkling water in the room. great coffee in lobby. Everything was so clean. Even loved having a Jacuzzi to soak in at the end of the day.
First of all: this is not a five-star hotel. The main point here is that this is a sub-100 bucks hotel that actually doesn't suck. We got accommodation for around 50 EUR per night here, when all the stays at Haifa would have been 100 EUR and more, AND it was not only bearable, actually it was quite ok. Plus the staff was very kind and proactively helpful.
the price was great the privacy location stuff service all great very convenient for shopping all appliances and a washing machine loved it will recommend to anyone I know or anyone who wants to stay at the best beach resort in Haifa Israel unless you’re willing to pay twice and loose your privacy move next door to the leonardo hotel
As always for us this hotel. Is the best in haifa. Great location, great condition and in a great price!
Special thanks to Mrs Nahed Hammed that made my stay great from the day of booking till check in even that i saw how busy she is. Also thanks to Aviv duty Manager that was pationed to my "crazy" Small needs...
Toda Raba!
The room was clean enough. Good facilities. The district Adar, where the hotel is located, is good to visit. And has a Mertonit line, which is work at shabbat. The very good for Israel. Nice city views from the windows and balcony.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
The price is very good for Israel.
I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the rooms were very comfortable and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Very nice view over the bay. Updated hotel/rooms and very good beds, easy parking and a few min. drive to German colony restaurant area and the famous garden. The breakfast was with a lot of choices - both international and Israeli style.
Fantastic location in the middle of the German Colony. Clean Hotel and nice and helpful staff. eventhough that the rooms are on the street they are still quit. large and comfortable room,
would recommend for a nice Haifa getaway
Best location in Haifa, close to the train station, to the beach and to Haifa’s major attractions
The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the manager Alaa is extremely hospitable and helpful.
10/10 extremely recommended
The staff at the hotel are hard working people who do their best under difficult circumstances.
To be fair, we were offered a 50% discount for one night due to the excessive noise until after 1:30 am.
the hotel is really nice. it is clean, close to public tranportation. it is on a hill but that is Haifa :) everything is clean, quiet neighborhood. I honestly reccomend this hotel.
It was a quaint, simple and funky hotel in a an area that had quick access to many different parts of Haifa. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating.
