Jonathan at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. Happy and the other staff were so friendly and kind. The airport shuttle is very convenient too. The rooms are nice and are a great value. the grounds were beautiful and had a pool and a nice playground for the little ones to play at. The restaurant has good food, and the free breakfast was great...they even made us "to-go" box breakfasts for our 4:30 am shuttle departure to the airport!

The site is beautiful, feels much farther from Arusha than it really is. It is a fairly new building, not truly a coffee estate, but built on the site of one. (You can see the grinder once in use near the pool, which itself is a nice feature.) Good food, excellent staff.

This was a wonderful hotel we stayed at to get over our jet lag before climbing Kilimanjaro. The beds are huge and comfortable. Mosquito netting all around. The room was clean, the area quiet, and the breakfast was good. Fresh fruit, eggs, bread, and juice. The staff was helpful, and we enjoyed dinner in the outdoor restaurant too.
