This was my first time visiting Nigeria. Ikeja was a great place to stay. Not too crowded but not too boring. The area was safe and there are things to do that are not too far. I enjoyed the Shoprite mall and frequented it a lot.

The ACs didn’t work in either room they charged me extraThen what I booked it for and then try to charge double price per room so they only charged me an extra 10,000 lol I’m from usa they are not friendly to American white people. And I paid for ac and the ac in whole plan didn’t work then they also gave me a worse room than I booked for they said they gave my room away then charged more was super hot and sucked don’t recommend not even in the worst emergency.

One thing I don’t like about hotels in Nigeria is that when you book for 2 they only want to serve breakfast for one never see that before they are cheating people and some rooms are not as described so have to be careful when booking I don’t like people that lies just to make money . Sorry to say but that is the truth and booking. Com should tell them what they are doing to customers are not good. And sometimes they cheat on booking.com by telling the people to cancel and stay less money but nothing really less. Please customers should not listen to them to cancel if you booked from booking.com

Ikeja is a central business area on the Lagos mainland.
Ikeja is a central business area on the Lagos mainland. It’s more convenient for the Lagos airports (local and international). Ikeja was the place to be before everyone moved to the Island/Lekki. It it is still a good place for shopping and fun. Lots of eateries/restaurants and clubs to enjoy at. Lots of salons and spa places without Lekki prices (shhh, our secret!). Also has the fabulous Ikeja Mall and highbrow GRA district. It’s easy to move around to other places in Lagos such as Maryland and the ‘gritty’ Ogba and Agege suburbs. For my stay, I ate at Tasty Chicken outlet in Opebi and my hotel restaurant (Ibis). Walked to a really good salon on Toyin Street and had a fabulous manicure pedicure. Was also able to pick up some local foodstuff at the Ogba Retail Market. I’m still a mainland girl at heart.

The booking site and the hotel site was a $300 discrepancy.
The booking site and the hotel site was a $300 discrepancy. So before you book anything I would find out the correct price. I checked and double checked and was still charged $300 more than I was quoted. Be careful
The apartment is super lovely, modern and clean. It is like staying in your own secret private hotel with all the benefits of having an apartment to yourself. The food choices, which are optional, are amazing...this is simply a must stay apartment in Ikeja. The apartment has everything you need including wifi and air con. The host made sure we were comfortable on arrival. We truly had an amazing stay!!! I wanted to move in!!! Just book it and see for yourself!!!
Wow! Don't know where to start.... Firstly I like the location very simple to locate straight from the Airport and their staffs are great and calm. The room is standard to abroad and the Intercontinental dishes is out of this world, the kitchen don't waste time immediately I requested for anything, the mini bar is cool and the air condition is perfect. What amazed me most is the safe in the closet😊. I love GrandBee to be honest and I can recommend it to anyone.
There was no breakfast. Double One Suites is a shitty hotel or guest house and I won't advise anyone to go there. The owner is a drunkard and a tout that beats and harasses women. He has no respect for women. Bad Customer Service and lack of manners. No courtesy for guests at all. They won't clean your room and you will definitely regret staying there. Don't go close. The standard is low and it's not worth the stress.
The staff was very friendly , 24 hours electricity and water. We had 3 bedrooms and each had its own bathroom. We felt very secure inside gate and in hotel. I also approached there was an onsite restaurant we’re all mills were available and had a breakfast buffet. The bedrooms were spacious.
The staff are so friendly! They are all eager to help. It was so wonderful to have things working, and feel comfortable and safe at the hotel while we there in Lagos, having Visa on arrival complications.
The hotel is not suppose to be on booking.com
The whole place was smelling of Indian hemps
The doors are not well secured and the whole building and rooms need renovation
