We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The property is stunning and we especially enjoyed the beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking nearby churches and rooftops. The reception staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. Breakfast was rich and varied too, especially the pastries section. Location is also unbeatable in the very heart of the city, just round the corner from the main plaza.

Beautifully renovated Colonial house, excellent location just off the central plaza but on a quieter street. Very comfortable, delicious breakfast. Views of cathedral from our room with a patio. Panoramic views from roof top bar and restaurant. We got a great deal on the room. Best stay of our 1 month Bolivian trip.

We loved Sucre. It retains an excellently restored and preserved Spanish colonial town center with its churches and monasteries. Everything within walking distance (at least for us); we never required car transport. The museum of the liberation period, the Casa de la Liberdade, was very interesting. The cathedral is magnificent and well maintained. English tours existed in all the museums we visited but there were very few time slots available so we made do with our reasonable Spanish skills.

This is perhaps the fifth time that I have visited Sucre with my partner. This time was for family reasons and not tourism. However, as always, Sucre - The White City - does not disappoint. We managed to go and see the indigenous show 'Origins' and combine the experience with dinner. This 'ethnic' history of Sucre was most enjoyable and I can thoroughly recommend it to all ages.

Sucre is capital of Bolivia but suddenly is very calm place.
Sucre is capital of Bolivia but suddenly is very calm place.
People are nice and streets (except market area) are not crowded.
City is quite small and centre has perfect construction. Need 10 minutes by walking to reach all interesting places.
But most important is the history of that place...
Worth to visit!

We were in Sucre for 4 days, it was lovely to have enough time to stop and watch the markets and see the town in its routine. Recommend hoping on a local bus for its route to see some of the back streets and hop off when something takes your fancy. Buses and Taxi's everywhere so you're never lost. Wonderful to see Indigenous tribes living here in Sucre, and their wonderful clothes and colours.
Recommend taking the bus out "of town" to Mercado Campesino for a another view into the day to day of Sucre.

The Museums are very beautiful and will and interesting history each one, I need more time to looked all. My time was very short.
The weather also was very nice as spring time, very clean nice architectonic colonial houses.
Ideal place to stay for any visit to Sucre - the most comfortable and relaxed place we have stayed in South America!
The breakfast was nice, fruit & eggs, and was a great bonus to start off any day exploring Sucre! The little cottage we stayed in was fantastic and had a very comfortable, homely, bed.
We arrived very early in the morning (around 6AM) and were glad to find that check-in at this time was no problem.
A great place to stay in Sucre! Quiet at night, comfy beds, hot water in the showers, nice included breakfast in the morning, super friendly and kind staff on hand. Rooms here are a great value as well! I would be happy to come back to Casa de Huespedes Isabella next time I visit Sucre, and also recommended it to several friends who visited Sucre as well.
luxury hotel in a historical building. amazing view from the roof and from the bar, top floor. the rooms are cozy and quiet. At the reception they speak Namanshdi. located in the very center. highly recommend if you are looking for the beauty and quality of a colonial atmosphere. I highly recommend it, we will definitely come back.
This hotel is a real oasis in the city. Close to the central square and cafes and restaurants, but far enough to be quieter. Of course in a central city there is some noise, but the beautiful courtyard prevents it reaching the rooms. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection to choose from. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Dragonfly is a clean, comforting, and relaxing haven found in the hustle and bustle of long-term backpacking. Admittedly, for those looking to party, this won’t be your cup of tea. That said, you didn’t come to Sucre to party, so sit back, relax, and chill in the hammocks and take a Spanish lesson or two.
I was in Sucre for 9 days and I slept in the CasArte Takubamba Hostel. The hostel is very nice and clean. They have a big garden and a lot of beautiful and interesting paintings from artists from Sucre. The staff are very nice and helpful. The atmosphere in the hostel is generally very good and casual.
It is a true 4 star hotel located less than a half block (USA) from the main square in a building erected during colonial times (I am assuming). You cannot beat location.
The staff is extremely helpful and nice.
Nicely decorated lobby and the rooms. You get what you see in the pictures.
Beautiful hotel in a colonial style mansion with lovely courtyard and rooftop views of the city. Comfortable, clean room and impeccable service from staff. Great breakfast served with sweeping views of the city. Staff also provided an excellent taxi driver to take me to the airport.
The owners are just the nicest persons - gave us tipps for Sucre and we could choose one of two rooms. The kitchen is well equipped and clean, the rooms and beds are spotless. There is a small, but charming patio and the location of Casa Jazmines is perfect. We loved our stay here!
We had a great time in Sucre, and Casa Los Jazmines was perfect for our family. Love the suite with a private kitchen, and our kids stayed in their own room. Plenty of privacy, great wifi, and great owners, very nice and helpful. Thank you!
We loved our stay here in Sucre. The location was great the room was great value for money and the staff were super kind letting us use the facilities and kept our bags safe until our night bus.
